This will allow potential businesses and employers to search and view those resumés to fit their openings. Career Search: “Career Seekers” This will allow Career Seekers to search for a career. It will show you all Career Search postings that are on the on2careers.com career center database. It’s easy and quick. You can search by category, title and other references. Post your Career Opening: “ Employers” Employers can post all openings that they have within their organization on the “Post your Career Opening” page, into the on2careers.com database.  Employers can also respond to the candidates that have applied for your postings. These postings will allow potential career seekers to search and view career openings. Search Resumes: “Employers” Employers can search all the posted resumes on the on2careers.com database. This will allow employers to make inquires by entering different fields to find the perfect employee. With “Searching Resumes” we can match qualified career seekers with leading employers.
